I got a sugar pp 206 for the first time and in family heridity we all dont have it so is it confirm that i have got a sugar

Yes it is high enough to suggest Diabetes. but to confirm whether or not you have diabetes, my suggestion is to get another blood test including fasting , post prandial sugar as well as HBA1C. That will give a clear indication if you diabetes, if so , what sort of treatment you would need in the future.
