I take Zetamet Plus 20mg/500mg twice a day. I take it only when I eat big meals. Sometimes, I eat a banana and an orange in breakfast. On these days, I do not take my diabetes medication after breakfast. I wait until I eat a big meal like Chapati Dal Sabzi. And, then I take my diabetes medication. Am I doing this right? On some suchness mornings, I feel very weak.

I had gone through complete thyroid profile test.Tsh levels are 4.3.but the range says 0.2-4.2 should i consider tablets for this 4.3 rated thyroid test?
