Ow in hands Diabetic in control with hba1c is @ 6.4 Though the Sugar levels spikes up some days mostly in control .... Having a active lifestyle Doing walking cycling daily Avoiding sugar and refined carbs - no rice and wheat Weight reduced by 3 kgs but bmi is high @ 32 Not able to reduce furthur inspite of regular exercise and food control Found glucose level at border level one month back without medication and hence taking metformin 2 Times Now developing numbness of hands And sugar level also going up in fasting which is noticed for the first time in the last 2 days
