I have a beard that I need to cut off weekly. Not only but I seem to have excessive hair growth in weird places. The beard is my main problem. Is there a solution to end this ?

I am 27 yrs old. I am suffering from type 2 diabetes. I started taking insulin and blisto 1mf tablets everyday mrng before breakfast. After 1 month it came into control. I stopped taking insulin and taking only tablets. Some times the sugar level increases , and I will take insulin on that day and I will stop again. Is it any problem if I take insulin like this?

I'm 23 yr old suffering from type 1 diabetes since 10 years .Today morning i faced severe hypoglycemia (< 44 mg/dl ) .When i wake up on that condition :;I've seen my pants has wet i did urinated & feces in my pants during hypoglycemia i guess.Because of this:i'm feeling so embarrassed in front of family members.I don't know this is truly disastrous i've ever seen in my life.Please advice
