I'm taking Glycomet GP 1 forte 1 tablet in the morning and Glycomet 1000mg in the night after meals regularly. Today nigt I run out of Glycomet 1000mg. So, I have taken 2 Glycomet SR 500 tablets after dinner... Is it ok?

Hi.. My dad is around 70 years of age. His Fasting Blood Sugar levels are around 75 and After Meals it came out to be 95. I have been reading on Internet that after meals it should be under 140, but nowhere I could see the lower safe healthy limit after meals. Which insulin is better ryzodeg or human miztard?
