Hi, After my delivery I took 25mg thyronorm.wen I checked one week before t was 58.6. so I changed to 75mg.today I rechecked tsh it is 46.7. wat should be the dosage I have to take.and I am breast feeding too.us this affect my little one

Hi Doctor, My sister has undergone thyroid tests and the results are T4 Free (1.39 ng/dL) and TSH (0.21 mlnt Units/ml). What does this indicate?? As my sister is under keto diet, she lost 9 kilos in 1 and half month. Does this "T4 Free" and "TSH" values might vary because of the diet she follows.. Please help us.
