Hormonal Imbalances

I had a irregular period issue in past. However from last 1 yr my periods are continuous but it's come only for 1 or 2 days. Last month i have visited endocrinology for thyroid issue and we found my THS is 4.62 which has decrease but antibody tyriod result was positive. Also pre diabetes has been detected which is 5.7.. Hence my doctor increases my doses from 12.5 mg to 25mg.. Also I got neck strain last month due to which I was on medication for at last 10 days.. I think due to medications I missed my period last month.. I waited but now it's mid Feb n still no sign of period. I m not able to understand actual reason. It's bcoz of changes in doses or having multiple medications at a tym or due to hormones imbalance. Please advise

On 13 April 2018 it t3 49 t4 4.6 & TSH 7.18 doctor prescribed me thyroxine 100mg On 27 July 2018 it was t3 68 t4 7.84 & TSH 0.01 doctor prescribed thyroxine 75mg now I tested it for the result on 21 Feb t3 49 t4 3.77 & TSH 2.183 Now what shud I do my condition is not improving I feel occasional chillness, shivering, weakness, fatigue, breathless, irreregular periods Please help

My T3 is 1.04, T4 is 8.11 and TSH is 0.72. Is this normal?. In report it's mentioned to repeat TSH and FT4 with Subclinical hypothyrodism and also to evaluate for DM and CHD. I gave blood after having breakfast as it was to Random Blood Sugar also which is 123. So when I have to repeat the test and do I need to fast before giving blood samples?
