I have checked blood suger before meal which comes 93 mg/dl and I have also checked my HBAIC test which comes 5.5 % ...is that normal value or not???

Hi doctor , From April month , sometimes I'm getting problm in my throat , When I'm drinking , I feel something is there , while I'm eating same things, But sometimes it's normal .. First I thought it would go away or something in my throat due to cold, But from April to Dec , I'm feeling same problm ( most of the time I feel ) , Is it due to thyroid grand problem ? Or anything , please whom should I consult ?

I am taking thyronorm 100 mcg. Is calcium supplement necessary with thyroid medication? Is there a risk of developing stone with these calcium supplement?

My TSH level is 9.89. I was taking Thyronorm 25. But the medicine dint suit me. I was suffering from certain side effects. Now the doctor has asked me to stop the medicine. I am tensed as my TSH level is high and the low dose medicine is suiting me.

My TSH was 40.6 and I was put on thyronorm 125 mcg. After 2 months TSH became .02 and the dosage was reduced to 112.5mcg. After 2 months again TSH was .04 and the dosage was reduced to 88mcg. I had the test today and TSH is 14.6. What dosage of thyronorm should I now take?

My grandmother is 82 years, I did her glucose test, it was 105 in fasting and 135 post prandial, she hadn't taken her medication post lunch for PP glucose testing. She is taking glycomet 250mg twice a day and glizid 40mg once a day, along with omez 10mg twice before meals for acidity. Is there any way to taper down any medication?

Does random glucose test evaluates diabetes? i had random glucose test and it was 107 is this normal ! or should i go further and do sugar fasting test
