Can my mother consume cottage cheese(paneer) she has been diagnosed with Diabetes with dyslipidimia.

My hba1c is 5.8 and and abg is 120,is it problematic and what are the measures to be taken to control pre diabetes,is pre diabetes to be considered as serious,do i need to take any medication?

At my age , I got thyroid Tsh level 6.6 for the first time .what re the precautions to be taken ? Im scared .is it possible to conceive now ?

Excess tension, I feel sleepy and tired all the time my back is also paining little bit chest pain is also there.

Can eating grapes increase sugar level? Or whether a diabetic person eat grapes for dinner. Or grapes are not allowed?

Hi, I have hypothyroidism i checked for it and it's normal now. In meanwhile i also checked for RBC Here is my results Mchc- 35.1, rbw-cv - 14.9, rbw-sd  49.1 and AVG -128 Iron - 37.4 and transferrin saturation -8.58 My periods got skipped too Plz suggest

I sweat a lot. Even in office AC, I sweat enough to frequently goto restroom and use tissues to wipe myself completely. I'm 5'10", 130kg and on multiple antidepressants. But I always used to sweat a lot even as a kid and when not overweight. Can I take some safe medicines to reduce it? It is hampering my daily work.

Thyroid level fluctuates. Sometimes its 8.36 and 5.5 and somtimes normal. I feel diziness when walk on road and feel exhuasted in very little work. Seems to take rest everytime. Feel chest pain on left side and sometimes on right side. I am feeling it from last 8 months. Consulted so many doctors but no one is able to catch the problem. Now I think it may be due to thyroid. Pleawe suggest me what to do.

My free testosterone level shown 9 months ago was 11.23pg/ml and total testosterone level shows 478mg/dl Is it within range?
