Good morning Doctor. My father is using 100micro gms thyronorm, his TSH is 7.4, T3 and T4 are normal. AMA 204 and ATG is 211. What is this mean?

Is it advisable to consume thyroxine before brushing teeth? And after how many hours can we eat food?

I have taken 50 mcg thyronorm but my TSH is 14.4.please suggest me the right dose for my thyroid problem

21st Dec - admitted in ICU to tret diabetic foot and the little finger was removed. Dressing has been done since then. Currently under medication with the above mentioned tablets and insulins. But the sugar level has been increased with the suggested insulins.
