My sugar in fasting 172 Is it ok for take forxiga 5mg medicine inthe mor after brk fast. Am having met formin (glycomet 500sr) inthe night after dinner

My mother has been prescribed trajenta5 and obimet sr500. Her sugar levels remain 133 fasting and 191 Pp and HB1AC 7.9..Then it got changed to valera m by some other doctor.. and her sodium level dropped from 136 to 130..Does valera m impact the sodium level ? What is the use of trajenta 5? Somehow her sugar levels are not controlled by either trajenta 5 or valera m

Iam tested my blood sugar at evening 7 Pm after 2 hrs of evening breakfast the value is 105. Is it normal or not ? Pls suggest. Regards.
