High TSH level
I am 29 years old male having TSH level 6.8 which is high T3 and T4 are normal. My height is 6 feet 2 inch and weight 100 kg. Should I need to start medication or weight management will help?

Hi In men usually TSH below 10 is not treated Weight reduction can help in many people However if family members have thyroid problems then need to check Anti Thyroid Antibodies once
