U need to continue on same dose as thyroid report is normal. Once started on dose or changed dose it’s wise to repeat thyroid test after 6 weeks.

Depends on the first value at diagnosis. Whether it’s hypothyroidism or sub clinical hypothyroidism? Whether u have goitre or not? Whether u have symptoms are not? What is the status of TPo antibodies? Kindly consult a specialist with all these details
