Hormonal Imbalances

I had gestational diabetes was taking toujeo n humalog. Post delivery I didn't have diabetes however was suggested to take glycomet SR 500 twice a day with food. I just took it for a month or 2. Now my baby is 18 months old n my HBA1C shows 335. Have been monitoring since 4 days, Fasting - 208, 211, 221 n today it's 231. I took glycomet as well. Can anyone suggest me what medicines should I follow
