My mother is 55 years old and having type 2 diabetes from last 10 years. Her sugar lever varies from 130-160 before food and 180-220 after mood. Can they consume multivitamins , calcium and fish oil tablets?

Tab Reclimet XR Forte Udapa 10MG Razel Gold Veltam D Remylin D Patient has wound on leg toe for 3 months now which is increasing and blood comes out with pain and bit swelling in foot too. Kindly recommend some medicine for pain on wounded toe which can be taken along with the medication mentioned above.

My wife has increase in blood sugar, fasting 170 and Ppds 258. This is in the recent diagnostic test. I think the present medication needs to be changed. The thyroid simulation Harmonie is 18.56 mcIU/mL. What's your recommendation.

Regarding sugar levels we are giving 1/2 tablet of gluconam vg 1 before breakfast and 1/2 tablet of same before dinner ..Sugar level after dinner & lunch is 160-180 and next day before breakfast it is 93..Is these medicine right or please guide us

On 27th april my mother take first dose of Vaccine ,after this too  body weakness  then,after testing sugar level it came 450 mg/dl...Mother is diabetic patient but never goes sugar level greater than 220mg/dl...

Dear doctor, Hello, My father is having diabetes at 250 ppbs since 3-5 months constant. He has started getting small skin ruptures on his left foot which is painful and bleeds sometimes, I've attached a photo below. He is taking Tbact ointment along with diabetes tablets but I don't know if he needs anything else. He also has radiating pain from thigh to foot which is high at night. Any help on this please. Should I try other ointment or tablet or any physiotherapy ? Kindly suggest.

On the behalf of my father I am asking a general question about thyroid disorder. My dad recovered from covid 19 fully few days back after testing his reports his lipid profile and thyroid profile were increased a bit thus asking a question his cholesterol levels increased as he stopped the medication for some weeks.Doctor suggested Ecosprin AV 150/20 for lessen the lipids also the TSH levels are about 18.27 which is high in range currently on 50 mcg thyroxine.after covid recovery is that normal to increase TSH level kindly advice thanks in advance 🙏🏻
