Hormonal Imbalances

I have TSH 9.79. Should I have to start medicine for that. My doctor told me that unless it is above 10 we don't recommend medicine. She told me to change my diet and again be tested after one month. Should I follow what he is saying or change doctor? As far as I know 9.79 is very much high TSH.

Hello doctor, I have some problem from 1 year like low energy level , chronic fatigue , poor sleep pattern, weakness, uti , little depression, pain in legs and hairfall According to google ,these are symptoms of hormones imbalance So how can I balance it naturally and how much time take it naturally  plz guide me..

I got my periods after a regular gap on 24 Mar since that day it is flowing scantly but regularly til now which is some more than a month now. In between the time span it did stopped for some 7-8days and i also experienced spotting. In this whole period of time my count of pads didn't exceded the limit of 1-2. It's 10 May today and i am still lying the same condition. Apart from that i am having symptoms of weakness and dizziness in my daily routine.

What kind of DI I have? I was diagnosed with DI in the month of Jan... But now a days, I m seeing changes I always get excess urine problem in the day time till 3 to 4 Then after that no medicine, still no excess urine problem.. .

Hi doctor,my mother in law had fever last back for 2 days with body pains. She is a diabetic patient. So we did rtpcr covid test on 7th may bt results didnt received yet. She is using covid kit medicines like doxy and ivermectin also from 7th may. She didnt had any other symptoms after 2days fever and v hqd given cbc nd urine test and also sugar test. Her blood sugar levels before fasting is 250 and after breakfast 400. Is that fever is with high sugar levels or covid. Some are telling covid kit should not be used unecessarly it may be one reason for high sug5days ar levels .is it true mam?

Hi my mother is diabetic but she refuses to take medicine because she is a depression patient also. We are giving glavusmet and glyciphage initially. Can you suggest any syrup or any alternative way of giving medicine such as crushing tablet and mixing in her foods or tea. Would it work. Her sugar level last checked was approx 300 non fasting.
