My mother have diabetes and says that she feels weakness and pain in leg fingers. Kindly let me know what to do

My sister married 15 year's ago now she have kids too. Her age now is 35 . After a long time now milk discharges through her breasts . she is facing irregular periods sometimes. For any silly reasons even She got angry easily at anytime , her mood can change easily . she is not getting sleep often . she have migraine headache too. Can you please suggest about treatment .

Exactly 13 days back my father went under go sugar test ,reports are attached. And he has used medicine for 10days. Again tested now the reports r normal. Now he is not using any medicine. But he s not  feeling active. He s not having sweets ,sugar and skipping rice night time. Plzz suggest wheather he has to Use medicine r not. Hi I am diagnosed with diabetes 6 months back & I have used medicine for couple of months which brought my sugar levels down. Now I have stopped medicine intake for about 1 month & now when I take it once a while I am facing motions problem on that day. Please look into it & suggest

My grandmother, age (74) ia a diabetics patient diagnosis with light cold and cough 5 days back. initially we give the medicine for that after 2 day she having loose motions and feel weakness, her sugar level is increasing (350-430) and decreasing the bp then with the doctor advised we provide her insulin..please advice us the right way she is very serious and local doctor are not available.

Can he take the vaccine? Does the medicine have to be discontinued before taking the vaccination? Also, which vaccine should he take?
