For my father
I am asking for my father he is feeling pins-and-needles sensation with weakness and headache in right side of the body from last 4 days he is also a diabetic patients and taking a following medicines

His current blood sugar - fasting 264 mg/dl and 2 hr after meal 372 mg/dl
Is this problem due to high blood sugar or its a any neurological problem ?. Please help
