My Mother age is 70. Her diabeties levels goes up to 297 when we reduce dose and If we give normal dose Her levels goes low to 66. What to do?

I have done Annual Health Checkup & below are the results of listed : 1. HbA1C - Glycated Haemoglobin 5.7 Pre-diabetic 2. SGPT - 118 3. SGOT - 46 4. LDL Cholesterol - 107.2 5. Vitamin B12 Level - 164.2 Please advise how to reverse this above test investigations into acceptable limits & what measures to be followed in order to control the above problems. Thank you.
