In previous occasions I experienced a different situation where my fasting level is greater than overnight pp level. What might be the cause and remedy. Please let me know

TSH level and medicine
My thyroid level was 7.56 in April 2021. I was prescribed Thyronorm 50 mcg by my doctor. After four months, the thyroid level came down to 4. 06. I continued with the tablet and tested after four months today 16/12/2021. The thyroid level now is 5.14. FT3 is 2.58 FT4 is 1.13. Should I continue with the same medicine? Please advise. Thanks

Is it Diabetes ?
My father is 57 years old and he is bedridden (no activity) and he is on braincyst medication.
Recently his left leg is swollen for more than a month that's why local doct advise to check his diabetes and we checked his glucose (fasting )value shows 107.5 mg/dl and glucose (Post Prandial) shows 122.2 mg/dl.
Is it normal ?
