My mother is taking vildamac 50/500 since 2 years regularly. her sugar seems to be normal all but she is currently facing weight loss and weakness . shes also taking letrozole from 8 years . which medicine is causing this symtoms ? is it nessessary to take vildamac daily ?

Mom controlled diabetes around 6 months ago and her levels were 110/150 But now her sugar levels are 135/245 and hba1c is 7.4 We have a covid case in home and my mother also got exposed to it. I am worried, if she turns out positive, will it be serious? Her meds: Metformin 500, Vildagliptin 50 (started 2 weeks ago) I am worried about covid and will it get serious with such sugar levels. Please guide.

I am having following medicines for my diabeties: Zoryl mv 2/0.3 once daily Vilpower 500mg twice daily Glyvomet 500mg once daily Zoryl mv 1/0.3 once daily I think there is too much of metformin 2500mg per day. Please suggest if there is any side effects due to this high dosage of metformin. If yes please suggest an alternative.

Hi doctor, I am seeing pre-diabetes range from last two day. My fasting sugar is 122 and post food is around 190. I am on medicine oleanz 2.5mg and peroxitine 37.5 mg for hypochondria treatment since last 7 month. My current weight is 96 early morning. I am trying to do walking for atleast 3km a day. But after all, I am not seeing change or decause in sugar. Note: I have families history of diabetes. My father is having since 20 yera but controlled now. Please suggest.
