I want to ask about  best diet plane for diabetics and I am also suffering from stomach pain and gas

Hi.. My mother (Age 60) is a diabetic  patient. From last few days she unable to walk properly and loosing body balance.. Her legs are paining alot.. Upper legs, Knees, And lower legs. While sitting, while getting up, it pains alot. And she unable to bare that pain. Pls suggest some good medicine or any specific specialist doctor I need to consult

I have gone through some blood tests because of my fatty liver. 8months back I have checked my fasting sugar late morning i.e. 10am. That time fasting sugar 131 came. So doctor suspected diabetis so he advised me to take blood test the very next day. Then fasting sugar is 117 And after 2hours of  taking food it was 123. Now , means one month back tested for fasting sugar which 107 and HbA1c is 6.6 And after 2hours of taking food sugar is 124. Kindly guide me about my health condition. Thanking you sir

My dad is having diabetes ,,and since from 20 days he is suffering from cough with phlegm.. Still he cough everytime at day and night.. Currently his diabetes level has increased numerously leading to 450 ... So how can he get rid of cough with phlegm.

One month ago, I fainted suddenly when I was eating lunch. I didn't know what happened to me after that. I gained consciousness after an hour. My kids informed me that I suddenly lost consciousness while the food was still in my mouth. I felt there was complete blackout. When they checked the sugar level, it was 80. And I ate some chocolates and sweets to bring the level up. I keep doing this whenever my sugar level goes down. Is it the right way? What should I do if the sugar level goes down suddenly? I did my Fasting blood sugar and Hba1c test and got these findings. Do I have diabetes? Fasting Blood- 105 mg/dl Hba1c: 5.1%
