Diagnosed with high blood sugar
Hi,Last month my blood sugar was Fasting 184 and PP 278 HBA1C 9.8 ,weight 107kg,now  fasting 102 and 139 PP without any medicine only done 3km walking a day and low carb diet,what does this mean ,is my weight has caused this spike,will this go away upon another 25kg weight loss ,can I be normal again,can I eat sweet again? please suggest.i have attached my two results.

Weight loss very much help to control blood sugar.balanced diet,exercise, weight management,restriction over salt and sugar intake,meditation help alot to maintain normal blood sugar.try to reduce weight in a healthy way.you can have sugar once in control but a little.
