Your report shows FBS 147 mg/dl and PPBS 276 mg/dl, which means both fasting and post-meal blood sugars are higher than normal. This is a blood sugar test (not urine sugar) and indicates diabetes. For a 25-year-old female weighing 70 kg and height 5.4 ft, the main goal is to improve insulin sensitivity and prevent further rise in sugar. Eat balanced meals with more fiber, vegetables, and protein. Avoid refined carbs like white rice, sweets, bakery food, and sugary drinks. Divide food into 3 main meals and 2 small snacks instead of large portions. Drink enough water and walk for 20 to 30 minutes after lunch or dinner. Sleep well and manage stress because both affect sugar control. Get HbA1c and lipid profile done to confirm long-term sugar control and cholesterol status. Based on the result, I may advise medicine. For a report analysis and medication with a personalized diabetic diet and plan, book a consult on Practo.

Blood sugar is not just a value. It signifies your lifestyle including diet. Consult for a deeper understanding of a balance in sugar metabolism. Not just drugs for fooling the glucose test. You need a lifestyle modification plan

Based on this report, it is clear, blood sugar is not adequately controlled. To say blood sugar is controlled, fasting blood sugar should be between 80-130 mg/dl, post prandial blood sugar should be < 180 mg/dl and HbA1c should be < 7.0%. Based on blood sugar level, it can not be said that which type of diabetes anyone is having. Varius clinic parameters and some relevent investigation s is mandatory to classify diabetes. Diabetes  treatment  depends of its type.

So Your Fasting Glucose is 147 ( Normal 90-110mg/dl) Post prandial Glucose is 276 (Normal 110-140mg/dl) So your values are way above normal especially post prandial sugars ,Which basically indicates your pancreas is been secreting not enough insulin to metabolise the carbohydrates in your diet and You are also having some insulin resistance. First step is to Look for your HbA1C value which is your 3 months average sugar value reported as %.Normal is less than 6%. Next is to Follow the proper diet with adequate amount of protein in each meals total of 70g/day of protein based on 1g/kg of your body weight. Good amount of fibre in your diet slows the absorption of carbohydrates reduce the sugar spikes Fasting sugar can be well controlled by physical activity including brisk walking 1hour per day helpful. And Anti diabetic drugs should be taken to keep the sugar level in control at this level of sugar values. If you need further help Kindly consult
