I woke up with excessive hunger
Good Morning sir/Mam, Recently i went to lab for HbA1c test. The result is 5.5. after that(Time 12:38-2:38) i gave another test after 2 hours of lunch, result is 112. Age 24yrs,My height 5.3 feet, my weight 53.84 kg. My concern is my mom a diabetic since 6.5 yrs. I don't have any bad habits, i restrict my food habits also. But " When i wakeup in the morning, i feel excessive hunger" after i eat it's all goes to normal. Sometimes i thought it would be barrier of my studies. I'm nervous, i want to live healthy life, is there any precautions to take .
