Today I got a test for my sugar levels by my Gynecologist suggestion. My sugar levels are Blood sugar - 197 Urine sugar - 4+ Is it very serious? How can i reduce sugar levels without using any medicines? Iam typhoid positive now.

Doctor, My father legs has got a swelling, enlargement, plenty, abundance.
