Respected Sir/Mam Fasting blood sugar 96 2hrs Post Meal 112 Hba1c 5.5 Mean plasma glucose 120 Height 5.3 Weight 53.8. why i feel hungry all the time? Is this diabetes or anything? Is this temporary problem or is it go back? Insulin sensitivity is common or any disease? Please break my state of doubts/ anxious?If that common please suggest diet to overcome that, i feel most anxious/nervousness?

Is it diabetes or Sign of pre diabetes? Age 24, Height 5.3, Weight 53.8. I don't have any bad habits?Any other health issue? Why i had excessive hunger?

Hi my height is 154 and weight is 62. I have pre diabetes when the weight is more my diabetes is less and weight is less diabetes level is more. How to control the weight and diabetes level. Sometimes I try fasting and I do cycling as well

Good Morning sir/Mam, Recently i went to lab for HbA1c test. The result is 5.5. after that(Time 12:38-2:38) i gave another test after 2 hours of lunch, result is 112. Age 24yrs,My height 5.3 feet, my weight 53.84 kg. My concern is my mom a diabetic since 6.5 yrs. I don't have any bad habits, i restrict my food habits also. But " When i wakeup in the morning, i feel excessive hunger" after i eat it's all goes to normal. Sometimes i thought it would be barrier of my studies. I'm nervous, i want to live healthy life, is there any precautions to take .
