I am 17 and i have 165 fasting glucose
What to do now please tell me. And also my sgpt is 150 and i have fatty liver grade 2 and sugar level 165mg/dl. Sometime headache and nise blocked

Having grade 2 fatty liver with elevated liver enzymes is likely due to Non Alcoholic steatohepatitis( NASH) . Although Viral hepatitis needs to be ruled out by doing HbSAg and Anti HCV . Your blood sugar is also high although you have done mentioned if this was done in fasting state or after meals . FBS of 126 or more is diabetes .
