Fatique problem
Dear sir, Im senthil. 2 years before randomly i checked my sugar level (no symptom).But i found in fasting 197 and after meals (2 hr later) 350. After that I do my exercise and some natural treatments. And now my sugar level is 148 in fasting.and after melae 235 . But recently i feel so fatigue and dizziness . I checked my blood pressure yesterday 110/70. I. Consulted a local doctor in my town (mannargudi).I told everything.but he told me that fatigue is the issue.and he suggest me to take vitamin tablet.2 days i took that.but no improvement. . Is This problem due to diabetes ??Should i need to take medicines asap?? Sofar i never fainted.but it feels like that.no head ache,no vomiting,no sweating for me. Apart from that i have gastro problem issue.bowel problems and gas trap on chest some times. Kindly suggest me the solution. Until last week the dizziness is very little and intermittent. But last 3 days consistently occurs.especialy during exercise and sleeping.
