Hormonal Imbalances

I am 30 weeks pregnant and was advised to do Fasting Blood sugar. At the same time I also checked my sugar on the glucometer. The FBS result came at 78mg/dl and glucometer showed 105mg/dl. Is this much difference normal?

Fasting Blood Sugar Level is daily coming between 230-270 since last 10 days and post prandial blood sugar is spiking between 380-485 on 1 of the days. Averaging 410. I am having Metformin since last 3 days and Madhunashini from Patanjali. Also taking care of the diet. Having low carbohydrate, high fiber diet. In last year February(2024) my neck was little swollen so I went to doctor and took USG neck and found I had multiple tr3 nodule and it all in normal size and my thyroid level t3 t4 and tsh all normal so my doctor said it is normal... but in my report it is mentioned as chronic thyroiditis... but my endocrinologist said it is normal and do not worry and said follow up after 6 months.. in 2024 august i got pregnant with my second baby and delivered on March, 2025. In September 2025, I again went to the endocrinologist to followup of USG neck scan and tr3 nodule is same with slight change in size.. and normal thyroid level of t3 1.23, t4 6.97 and tsh 2.861.. so doctor said it is normal.. but in my reports it mentioned as chronic thyroiditis with other conditions.. my random blood sugar level also normal... I have attached my last two USG scan report. I have hair fall and weight loss too.. I'm a breastfeeding mother... Can u pls guide.. I'm confused..

Hi.im breastfeeding mom...I had gestational diabetes and took medicine..after delivery it's completely normal ...but now(4 months of delivery) I have fasting glucose 110 and after meal 151 ..is it normal level or not...suppose it's not a normal range shall I consume any tablet to control the levels or control in diets and exercise

Hello my mother has been taking gemer 2 since last 3 years now, she has type 2 diabetes and I have been regularly monitoring her sugar level at home by accu check instant and it showed a balanced sugar level.But today she had done a test at a labrotary and the sugar level was 73 after 2 hours of taking food. should I consult a diabetologist or stop using gemer 2.

Hello docs my daughter is 6.2 years old.for past 4 months when she urinate a group of big black ants and small red smelly ants are attracted to her urine.we did her urine routine and culture test for the 3 times repetitively and did her whole abdomen usg done.all the tests are done last month and every report comes out normal.but the problem is she still urinate many time and the ants are still attract her urine.what is the reason of that???
