I am suffering from diabetes since last 25 years.My fbs is 150 and ppbs is 127 What r the ideal tablets

70 years old female patient , Blood Sugar Fasting 133 and PPBS 170 . Need medicine for this ? Doctor prescribed Amaryl 1 Family members are worried to give this medicine, is there any chances for sudden Hypoglycemia . Please help

Hello Dr, I used to get high bp whenever I eat red meat , 156/ 85. Out of anxiety I took bp medicine. But later week my bp was good 130/80. So should I take bp medicine or is there any problem in taking occasional bp medicine.

I gave birth via c section 53 days ago.My fasting sugar level during pregnancy ranges between 70 and 80 and PPBS was always under 100.Now my fasting sugar is 110.Is this a matter of concern?? Thanks in advance

Dear doctors, I recently tested positive for diabetes with 309mg of fasting blood sugar. Doctor prescribed medicine and doing walking physical activities for last one month. Today when i checked fasting blood sugar using one touch glucometer it has given 152mg. Immediately i went to lab and tested and the result showing 102mg dl and post meal showing 164 without taking medicine. I m confused now which one to trust. Glucometer or lab result.. why so much difference between glucometer and lab within 15mins time. Please suggest
