I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. I recently got my blood test done I have PCOS, Thyroid and Diabetes Last month I had prolonged period issue for 2.5 week So, started taking Novelon tablet as prescribed by doctor for next 3 cycles I have completed 1 pack of novelon and is waiting for withdrawal bleeding Please note I have not started yet any diabetic medicine , based on my latest blood test reports doctor prescribed me medicine attached prescription Tab. Gluconorm VG2 1 tab once a day before breakfast Tab. Dapaease trio 500 mg 1 tab once a day before dinner Please let me know are these medicines and dose are correct for me and I can start these medicines.

I had gestational diabetes. After miscarriage feb 13 2025,,I stopped taking Metformin in August. In December 01/2025 my fasting blood sugar was 70 mg/dL and post-meal was 110 mg/dL. In January 29, I tested again, and my fasting was 100 mg/dL and post-meal was 124 mg/dL. Does this mean my diabetes has returned to normal?
