Hormonal Imbalances

I am 22 male. I feel very weak, hungry, and have an ability to fall after 3-4 hours of eating food. If I don’t eat during these symptoms, they keep on getting worse, and after eating something, within 20 minutes I feel normal and fully energetic. I am non-diabetic, no family history of any disease. My HbA1c is normal as well as my fasting is always normal. I never get these symptoms after dinner. My sugar at the time of symptoms was 72. I want to know what this is and what is its solution.

Am a diabetic patient since last 4 yr,recently i did my c-pepetide(r) test it was 2.92 ng/ml after few days i did insulin (fasting)test also it was 1.8 uu/ml . Why its happpens c peptide is normal range but insulin production is very low. Which type of diabetes I have??

I'm diagnosed with GDM in 33rd week of pregnancy. Followed diet until 36 week. Later fasting glucose didn't control its b/w 98 and 104. Started glycomet sr 500 and its fine then. Post pregnancy my fasting sugars increased. They are 100-112. Won't they become normal again? What can be changed to get normal. Thanks

Hi all  today morning I done complete blood test  at empty stomach. I am feeding mom. 2 month old baby. I am non diabetic patients. Estimated sugar value below HbA1C- Glycated Haemoglobin (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)) 5.7 % Estimated Average Glucose (eAG) 117 mg/dL at fasting level . Is this diabetics? And one more doubt is. Yesterday night I ate 2 pieces cake and some halwa . It's reflect in today morning test.?

During routine sugar check through strips with accurate machine, my fasting sugar is between 98- 102 and 2 hrs after breakfast the level is at 112. bit confusing is after  2 hours lunch. the level is at 155, is this ok? please suggest my last hba1c in July month is 5.5.
