Hormonal Imbalances

Hi I am 35 years old, wt 65kg. My TSH value as a part of my annual check up came to 100+, Free T3 is 1.5, and T4 is 0.5 (all these values were in the normal range just 8 months back). Hence, my doctor asked me to check anti TPO which came to 1300+. I have been put on 75mcg Levothyroxin. Is this a serious condition? Please let me know what to do as I'm worried.

I'm 32 M working with a PSB, I have high blood pressure for quite some time now and have been taking Telmisartan 80 mg with amolidipine and propranolol 20 mg in evening, My doctor reduced the medicine and made me switch to 40 mg telmisartan with clindipine recently nearly 15 days ago After this good news I ran an diabetes test  a week ago and it returned value as HbA1c 5.2 and FBS 103, While I've been on diet for long, time I have buttermilk and some fruits in morning from before running the test from last 5 month 2 chapati with daal and sabzi in lunch, And some salad for dinner, Still my FBS is 103, I'm confused am I prediabetic or normal, And what should I do more to make it better, I walk everyday, I feel I already do enough, What is causing this spike is a concern for me, Please guide.

Hi, For female 42 years... since 4 years using  metformin tablets 1500 mg ( 500 +500+ 500) daily. Recently, sugar test done. Hba1c   7 Fasting sugar      106  mg/dl Post breakfast     126 mg/dl Doctor suggested to  take  only  500mg ( metformin)+ 50 mg( vildagliptin) @ night time only.    Is it OK to drop down the dosage from 1500 mg to (500 + 50 mg) ?? It has been 15 days over that this course started. Now, can the patient go and   test again to check how effective the tablet is??

I have pcod (since2016) and I'm diabetic (since2021) my height is 156cm and weight is 72kg. Recently I took HBA1C test and result is 7.2%.im now planing for marriage. Is the sugar level is ok for getting pregnant.? Is pcod and diabetic are a concern for a marriage life..? What should I care for.. And a happy marriage life is possible..?
