Hormonal Imbalances

My uncle have had diabetes for over 40 years. Mostly it was under control. Recently over the last year his sugar levels have been fluctuating. Now in the last 3 days they have been gradually increasing and today fasting was 269 mg/dl and PP was over 520 mg/dl. He takes insulin and increased it by 2 units in the last 3 days. Still sugar level not coming down. Possible reasons and recommended treatment?

My age 37 and my report shows the below level. Fasting - 103 Post prandial - 191 Hba1c - 6.3 Mean - 134.11 Please advice what I do. Am I affected by diabetes. Shall I take medice for that. Thanks.

Hi doctor, I have a CGM on my arm and the values that it shows has very vast different from the blood sugar taken from my finger. For example today morning fasting reading was 96 on the CGM but when I checked on the glucometer it came as 130 first time and 140 from second time prick. I have done this both the test in December and in June it's showing 107 blood sugar it is normal and cholesterol is it normal?? Suddenly the left foot got swollen and redness is also there. Diabetes is more than 400. Bo is normal.
