Hi Dr, Last few months I have been facing irregular heartbeats often. Got echo, ecg - all normal. Recent blood works also normal except thyroid. Have been taking Thyronorm 112.5. But as per results TSH is normal but FT4 high. Can that trigger irregular heartbeats and whats the treatment. Attached results.

Good afternoon Sir/Ma'am. My C-section done before 2 months. All test reports are normal regarding Blood sugar. But yesterday i checked pp after dinner within 1 hr. It was 138 and after 2 hrs it was 128. Is it normal? Why my sugar levels increased? My cholesterol also little high after c-section.

My father is on dialysis since last 2 years and currently he is on insulin along with tablets for sugar control, but this days his sugar levels are dropping to 75 or 83 post meals . Should we stop insulin or should we get the dosage corrected . Once the insulin as been started can it be stopped ? Please advice

My mother has been suffering from severe back pain.she has a medical history of hypothyroidism for that she has been using thyroxine sodium tablets 100mcg.can she use acetaminophen 650mg for arthritis pain relief?.Does she can take acetaminophen while using thyroxine sodium, it causes any side effects of taking both the medication..Need your medical guidance.

I got full body checkup yesterday. My Hba1c reads 5 Average blood glucose reads 97 However fasting blood sugar reads above normal at 103. Am I pre-diabetic? My mother is diabetic.

Before 6 weeks I had hba1c 5.8 .. that time I had very much thirst and frequent urination. For the past 6 weeks I am walking 12000 steps a day and 15 minutes workout..dinner Before 8. Calories deficit diet daily.. Reduced weight from 64.25 to 58.5 in 6 weeks. ..Now my thirst is very much reduced. But it ( thirst) is there around 30 percent..i will take test after 1.5 months..but When will my symptoms (thirst) and sore throat  go away conpletely. When will I feel completely normal?

39 years female blood report shows hba1c 6.9,and CBP shows slightly increased RBC, slightly decreased levels of HCT,MCV,MCHC, MCH What can i do? Please suggest me

Hello, I was diagnosed as pre diabetic, and I was prescribed Glycomet 500 sr once a day by a doc who is no longer on this platform. I am already battling anti depressant induced weight gain and carb cravings. Is there any harm in increasing my dose to twice a day?

My Hba1c remains about 5, but fasting sugar remains about 140, and the random remains about 180. I take half of sitanorm 50 in the morning after breakfast. Please advise. For bp, I take telma 40.
