Hello sir My mother age 52 she was done FNAC test neck region area found some area sample test found as TB Hence she was using TB tablet some AKURIT4 THE NAME OF TABLET THIS IS 2ND MONTH all of sudden we done some tests liKE LFT CBC HBA1C But HBA1C  fasting state given sample result is 6.7% came actual range 4.7% as per report we done this tests at government hospital My concern is before still my mother dont have diabetic and she never done HBA1C . NOW am fearing the report is right or not what to do pls tell further advice Whether to start diabetic tab or any further tests with different  private lab pls tell thanks Note May I know the TB tablet which she was taking any temporary  side effects of diabetic pls confirm thanks

I have been suffering with grave hyperthyroid for 2 years and 5 months. My thyroid was controlled with 10 mg of neomarcazole per day for 5 months. So doctor reduced the dose to 5 mg/day. I got thyroid profile test and tsh went below normal. I also did tsh receptor antibody test and it was not normal. It reads 3  UI/L. Question 1: is there any chances of curing with allopathy treatment. I do not want radio iodine or throat surgery. Question 2: if allopathic treatment cant cure, can i be cured with ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment Question 3: Which is the best ayurvedic hospital in Delhi NRC or north india?

Hello sir My mother age 48 2 days ago we did HBA1C test at government hospital result is 6.7% HBA1C Yesterday again we did private lab to recheck the result is 5.8 kindly advice is it normal or diabetic Becoz she don't have diabetis  previously we did test in 2017 aswell she dont have so pls advice what to do now thanks Normal range as per lab 4.2 to 5.7 mentioned in report pls check and help

Sir my fasting sugar is 135.should I take medicine.some time I am getting sweating after fooding.also I am having gas symptoms.some times I am getting headache.

Hi doctor, I am a little bit confused, please help me! On November 28 my HBA1C was 7 and I started taking metformin 250 twice a day as per doctor's advice. Then on Feb 11 my HBA1C came out 6.6. I was advised to continue the same medicines, so did I. But in March i stopped taking medicine and precautions and today I went through the tests again and my HBA1C is 6.4. How without medicines and precautions my HBA1C came down.? Is the report reliable or not? Please advise if I need to continue the medicine or not?
