Hi Dr, Recently I have seen high TPO antibody in my report. But TSH is normal. Please note that I generally take Thyronorm 112.5 medicine since last 8-9 yrs. Is there anything to worry about please. Please review report and advise. thanks

My father had CAD NSTEMI, Dyslipidemia and Diabetes mellitus. Doctor prescribed Galvus met 50/500 for Diabetes and it's very costly for us. While searching on net found out there are many other brands of this medication with 50-60% less price like,        Gliptagreat M by Mankind Pharma.        Torglip M by torrent Pharma.        Zavamet by Intas pharma. and there is more. Is it okay if I change to these brands instead of Novartis?? Novartis is an international brand. but is it affect quality of medicine?
