Vildagliptin dosage
I'm using basugine 100iu in night with 30 units and vildagliptin and metformin combination 50/500 in the morning and night. While using sometimes I feel that hypoglycemia in the nights can I use vildagliptin 50/500 doses in the morning and afternoon, how much time does vildagliptin lasts in the body.

Maximum 100mg per day
If hypoglycemia episodes are there ... use as once daily
Then check FBS PPBS
Based on report change OD or BD dose
