Walking immediately after every meal
Hello Dr, my husband is diabetic. He walks  immediately after every meal for 20 mins. Is it good to do so or it decreases the digestive power?

Walking after meals is good. We don’t advise vigorous exercise after meals but walks are good. It will bring down his sugars post meals. He should not be resting or sitting.
