Hormonal Imbalances

Hi Sir/Ma'am My TSH (3rd generation as perthe blood report) is 12.04 and weight right now is 83 KGs. My Height is 6 feet and 7 inches. I am a female. My doctor has prescribed me 50mcg Thyronorm. But of my family memebers is also a physician and they said as the TSH level is high I can take 125 mcg Thyronorm. Kindly suggest me what dosage should I taks as per the reports. I need your help. Thank you.

FBS 140 and PPBS 190. Same figures after 6 months. Can this be managed with diet control? Under medication for BP and using station drugs for cholesterol. Also had AVR surgery done 1 year ago. Cardiologist said to excercise and watch for glucose. No medicine given for diabetes. Seeking any advice

I was appearing for a pre employment medical test. My fasting blood glucose level was 140. Against a limit of 100. I have asked them for a repeat test after 1 week. Can the blood sugar level be reduced in a week's time. If yes then how.please suggest I am worried.

I was diagnosed with thyroid. My TSH was 12. I was pit on 50mcg THYRONORM. When I got a retest after one month my TSH was 8. I feel palpitations sometimes.

I'm going under treatment of hypothyroidism and PCOD. Medicines are thyronorm 50 mcg and Aldactone. Since past 10 days, I'm feeling constant mild headache on and off especially in the left side. Left tonsil is also swollen. Doctor says it is normal and i should not stop the medicines. But i want a second opinion.

Hi.. I am a pcos patient and I have been taking Krimson35 ( a hormonal contraceptive) and vitamin D capsule since 1&1/2 years. I suspect having a vitamin b6 & b12 deficiency as I am noticing symptoms like low concentration , anxiety, overthinking, hairloss, dry & sensitive eyes, lower back pain. (1) I wanted to get checked for a vitamin deficiency... will my meds interfere with the results? ..Should I get checked when I am off the pill? (2) Is there any other possible deficiency I might be facing?
