Hormonal Imbalances

So I am turning 24.But I don't see the appearance of beard . my father have also less facial hairs. But the same is not developed in me. Is this genetic? Or hormonal disorder?

My periods have always been very regular, and my usual cycle is about 28-30 days. I had my last period on 3rd April, which lasted about 4 days. Unexpectedly, I got my periods again on 16th April. The flow is much lesser than the usual periods. I am not taking any medication, and except for some exercising that I have started in the last 3-4 weeks, nothing has really changed in my routine or my diet. I am not used to having periods in the space of 2 weeks, so am not sure whether this is normal or not.

My mother's blood sugar glucose levels are 293(after fasting) & 183(before fasting). Is IME-9 recommended for her? Can she take it along with allopathic tablets.What can be the prescribed dosage for her?

Have been having Metformin 500 + Glimpride 2 & Vidagliptin (both of them twice a day) and the sugar levels are under control. However have severe itching due to Vidagliptin and hence had to stop it. And now the sugar levels are rising. Need to know alternate for Vidagliptin as only Metformin + Glimpride is not helping .

My father has a pus in feet little finger and its swelling from last two days. He is also a sugar patient.

I'm getting pain near thyroid since 1week. When consulted doctor,he suggested FNAC test and ultrasound. After seeing reports he said I must undergo surgey as right thyroid has swelling. Is it must since I've fear on surgery as it's near throat region

My son is having pain in central part of abdomen. His sugar levels were 590 15 days back. Hb1AC was 10.2 All the symptoms were similar to type 1 diabetes. Doctors in my town says he is type 1. I still believe he is having some kind of infection or swelling in pancreas which is causing the spike in sugar. Is there any test or physical exam to confirm wheter pancreas are well or not? We having been giving him insulin externally. Please suggest what can be done??

Dear Sir/Madam I am 32 year old, suffering from body ache, weight gain, lethargic and not able to concentrate. I have blood test report in which all the thyroid test are in normal range except anti TPO test which is about 1300 IU/ml I discussed with many Dr. But they told I am normal no thyroid problem with you. Please suggest what should I do. Other parameters for your reference FT3- 3.31 FT4- 0.85 TSH- 1.78

Gud eve Ma'am. Last month my blood tests came back with high prolactin levels i.e. 35.52 Ng/mL Doctor recommended me to take cabergoline .5mg weekly But I missed the dose after having 3 doses Missed two doses .... haven't taken yet I need help what should I do? Thank you

I am 53 yrs old with diabetes and BP problem; I am using jalra, dianorm m of 1000 and metformin for diabetes, apresol and beta nicardia for BP, When sugar level s are fine when I don't take BP tablet s but as in when I take BP tablets there is a huge spike...Can someone please help tell me why and how to balance both as I have to undergo cataract surgery
