I am 28 years of age now. Nowadays everybody is getting sugar, diabetes .its very common now as far as i know. Just wanted to know some tips from prevention from diabetes.

I can understand your concern.
Obesity, sedentary lifestyle, smoking, alcohol intake etc are a few risk factors.
So avoid them
Lose weight if you are obese.
If you do not have genetic predisposition, then chances of getting it is less if you avoid the risk factors.
