It would be helpful to know if you’re currently on any medications. Weight loss would result in reduction in insulin resistance and help the insulin produced by the body work better. Exercise would also help in your cellular update of glucose. Reduced carbs would help decrease the glucose load your pancreas needs to deal with. All in all, what you have done, has worked in your favour to reduce your sugars.
Next Steps
Maintain a healthy diet, introduce complex carbohydrates in small quantities. Add protein and fibre to your diet Further more, you need to keep an eye on your sugars. Any misadventure with diet would lead to spikes. So, be careful.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Continue the diet, add minimal carbs in diet. Check sugar levels upcoming months. Continue regular exercise and walking. If blood sugar levels are normal in upcoming reports, no need of medication.
