Hi I am diagnosed with diabetes 3months ago,my height 6.1 and weight was 110 kg FB 170 and PP 280 HBA1C 9.7 followed no carb diet for 3 months ,After 3 months now i lost 17 kg and FB 81 and PP 101 ,HBA1C 4.7,I m I reversed diabetes, what should I do further.

Weight loss would result in reduction in insulin resistance and help the insulin produced by the body work better.
Exercise would also help in your cellular update of glucose. Reduced carbs would help decrease the glucose load your pancreas needs to deal with.
