Diagnosed with diabetes
I recently diagnosed with diabetes... I'm in shock because before that I diagnosed with pcod and insulin resistance and now diabetic... I don't know anything about diabetes and how to manage it... Help give some advices and treatment option

All 3 PCOD, insulin resistance and diabetes are comoonents of same disease. Follow diabetic diet, exercise regularly, keep weight under control and start medicine in consultation with a diabetologist
