Hi, I having thyroid tablets for past two and half years. i didnt check my thyroid level for past one year. am taking 150 mg currently. i checked my TSH level now and its 82.690 and T4 is 5.25

Your thyroid levels are under control because of medication. I would suggest to stop medications and recheck after 1 month if levels are still normal then you don't need to continue medicines. If they rise up then start back but this time use 100mg.... Eventually this will go do as 50mg then 25mg
