Hormonal Imbalances

I m on dialysis planning for transplant but recently doctors is telling  u develop TB he suggested so many test.  now report says negative for TB but doctor says u start medicine for TB

My blood sugar level in fasting is 253 and my PP sugar level is 368, I also have dermatitis in my both feats, my Hba1c level is 10.8%, my urea and catenine level are normal but there is trace of sugar in my urine, my age is 59 I am a male and my weight is 70kgs, my blood pressure is normal and write now I am taking metformin 500 daily.

My father in law was suffering from high diabetes he was admitted in hinduja healthcare surgical that time his diabetes was 650 but after meditation it came down it was on 7th march but from last 2 days his sugar is going low by 37 fasting and pp 81 so wanted your help

I am a little worried about my Father as his weight is losing drastically since past few days. (Age: 58, Weight: 57) I am really not sure if this is normal and suspect it might be because of his high Blood Sugar. (He takes pills for Sugar regularly).
