High Blood Sugar Level
The blood sugar levels of my father in recent test came out to be 266 mg/dl during fasting and 380 mg/dl after meal. He has lost some weight also in the last few days. Please suggest some preventive measures and a proper diet chart for him (Purely Vegeterian).

If your father is on diabetic medication then the doses need to be changed. Consulta diabetologist for a General physician for the change of roses for start of diabetic medication. Along with that diet modification is required in which there should be complete abstinence from sugar or any kind of sugar product including pastries chocolates and sugar coated biscuits. Avoid high intake of rice and potato in daily food. Avoid fruits like mango, apple and banana. Abreast walk daily is advisable which increases the metabolic rate and uses of the extra sugar in the blood.
Next Steps
change of roses is required and check blood sugar levels every week
