Hormonal Imbalances

Hi Team, I am 30 years old and have been diagnoised with hypothyroidism in 2016, since then I have been using the pill every morning and have gained lots of weight and uneasiness and body ache. I am looking out for a dietitian who could help me with my condition and improve my health with eating habits. I request you to help me on this so that I could become healthy and get back to my normal life soon.

I am 36 years female . Diabetic since past 4 years and in recent blood test diagnosed with high TSH(14.23) . My FBS(118) Post lunch(126) and HBA1C(7-3) . I am on Melmet 1000SR .

I have puffy eyes and some what dark circle below. so i want to know is it symbol of diabetes. Also 15 days ago my father positively detected with sugar. please let me know is there any chances of diabetes to me?

Sir i have low testosterone. One guy misguided me and i had 3 steroid cycles continuosly previous year and after that my testosterone level goes to 40ng then i had pcts 3 times of clomid hcg and nolva from a professional but it didnt helped Now after 3 pcts my test level are 50 ng I have been told to start trt but dont know how plz suggest something

I am 27 years old male. I got gynecomastia and my weight is 73 kg. I to marry very soon, so I want to get a perfect fit of my body. After long time googled I came to found that the only solution to get rid off gynecomastia is surgery. Now I am planning to do so . I got tummy also, now my chest level and tummy level is almost same size. What I want to know is if after the surgery do my tummy projects outwards of the chest,?

Sir my suger level in fasting is 102 and PP is 128. And TRIGLYCERIDES is 239. I am taking both both medicine as well as triglycerides medicine of 10+1600 mg. And my attached prescription is here. So may u i know i contine or not triglycerides medicine.

I was tested for diabetes and my blood work shows that my A1C is 5.5 and my glucose was 117 and C-peptide is 9.64 what does this mean.

Just gone through All Tests Like, Before &PP Suger, LDL,HDL Lipid Profile Tests also HB1AC Tests. and results shows #High Suger Before Food, #Low HDL ,# High Direct LDL, HB1AC ->7.00, Protein, Bactaria & Nitrite found in Urine,High MP Glucose. I think I have diabetes that has probably just beganed. Suggest remedies to control it in the begening only.
