Sir i have a problem of breast enlargement from 1 year It becomes so larger How can i rid of this situation ?

Please suggest me diet plan.before 3 months ago I had blood test which analyses that I had a blood sugar level 175 before breakfast.my weight was 90.triglycerides level was 275.After consulting dietician I started everyday walk for 30 min.stopped sugar consumption.everyday drinking green tea.eating a high fibre diet .Now I have a 85 kg weight.please suggest me proper diet to reduce more weight to reach 65 kgs.also tell me if I have to start diabetics tablets from physician.will my changed daily routine help me to achieve fitness?

I've been monitoring my menstrual cycle for 2 years now. Aside from delayed menstruation, I have excessive hair growth in my legs, armpit and few hair in chin and upper lips. I weigh 81kg. last year February 2016. I start my diet 1 month ago, and I weigh 76kg. now. My period length last year July 2016 was 23days. And the longest cycle length is 146days. Do I have PCOS?

36 years Male, Fasting sugar is 170 after food is 220, now taking glysiphage 1gm twice a day before food

I am sundara vadivel, unmarried, from perambur, i was affected hypothyroidism for past 15 years, i take thyrox 100 two tablets daily morning, but still i am not satisfied. i stopped taking medicine for last one and half month, and last week i took blood test in thyrocare to know the actual thyroid level without taking medicine. the results are FT3 1.16, FT4 0.35, T3 37, T4 0.8, TSH > 150. i want to know medicine dosage and name, plz help
