She had maintained normal diabetes of below 200 after lunch 6 months back but now it has shot gone up to 370 after lunch and the doctor has recommended the tablets. So I thought of buying a stationary bicycle for her physical exercise and give me some tips to reduce her hba1c level,sugar level quickly

I have type 2 diabetes, I am taking tablets. Tablets are --metformin 500 mg,- 2*2 glipizide 5 mg 1*3 and bcomplex-1*1

I have hypothyroidism taking 100mcg thyronorm. Past 20days I am getting hives ( urticaria ) , currently under medication for that. Yesterday I took thyroid test and my tsh level is 8.48 ( 4 months back tsh level was 0.14) . Want to know if urticaria and hypothyroidism r interrelated

She uses these tablets every days. Gemer 2 tablet 2 times a day. Wosulin N insulin 3 times a day. For bp Metbeta xl-25 = 2 times a day. Depin-10 = 3 times a day. Concor cor 2.5 one time a day. For motion problem Latichep syrup if needed. Please assist me
